Refund Policy

This policy sets out the refund criteria for the paid services of MyType, operated by Kortress (the “Company”), and follows the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.
Article 1 (Nature of Digital Content)
The paid products of this Service, such as AI image generation and analysis, are digital content that is provided and consumed immediately. Once content has already been generated, provided, and used, the right of withdrawal may be limited under Article 17(2) of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
Article 2 (When a Full Refund Is Available)
A full refund is given within 7 days of payment in the following cases:
· You have never used any generation or analysis since paying (unused credits)
· Content was not delivered properly due to a system error
· The amount or content charged differs from what was disclosed
Article 3 (When Refunds Are Limited)
Withdrawal and refunds are limited in the following cases:
· The portion already used, where image generation or sync analysis has been completed and the results delivered
· Features provided for free
For partial use, we deduct the number of uses consumed and refund only the unused portion.
Article 4 (Refund Procedure)
Request a refund along with your payment details through Support (fortressofko@gmail.com), and we will process it within 3 business days. Refunds are made through the payment provider (Polar) to your original payment method, and depending on your card issuer's or payment company's policy, it may take several days to appear.
