Terms of Service

Article 1 (Nature of the Service)

Using what you pick and type, the Service has AI create photos of a non-existent “ideal type”. It is an entertainment service. The people in the photos are not real.

Article 2 (Effect and Changes)

These Terms take effect when posted on the Service. The Company may change them within the limits of applicable law, announcing the effective date and reason at least 7 days in advance (30 days for changes unfavorable to users).

Article 3 (Who May Use the Service)

• The Service is for people aged 14 or older.
• If a minor pays without a legal guardian’s consent, the minor or the guardian may cancel the contract.

Article 4 (User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct)

You must not:

• use results to defame or offend others
• try to use the Service to create sexual or illegal content
• pass off a result photo as a photo of a real person
• place excessive load on the Service by automated means

Article 5 (Photos and What You Type)

• The options you pick and the text you type when building an ideal type are sent to OpenAI (US) to generate the image.
• The Company keeps the result photo together with the options you picked, the text you typed and any sketch you drew, to handle refunds and inquiries and to improve the Service. For the first 180 days it is tied to your credit wallet; after that the tie is removed. You allow the Company to keep and use what you type and draw for these purposes, so please do not type personal information such as a real person’s name or contact details.

Article 6 (AI-Made Results and Intellectual Property)

Result photos are made by AI and show people who do not exist.

All rights in the Service’s design, code and trademarks belong to the Company. You may freely save and share the result photos you make for personal, non-commercial use.

Article 7 (Paid Services and Payment)

Some features use credits, which are bought through the payment provider Dodo Payments. Before payment, the price, what the credits buy and the conditions for withdrawal are shown on screen and your consent is obtained. Withdrawal and refunds follow the Refund Policy.

Credits can be used only in the Service. They cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash, and are refunded only as the Refund Policy sets out. Credits are kept in the credit wallet of the browser you bought them in, and the payment email brings them back on another device (Credit recovery). A wallet not used for 5 years from its last use is deleted together with its remaining credits (see the Privacy Policy).

Article 8 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)

The Service is for entertainment, and the Company does not guarantee the accuracy of results or their fitness for any particular purpose. The Company is not responsible for decisions you make based on results. However, if you suffer damage through the Company’s intent or negligence, the Company compensates you as provided by law.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and lawsuits about disputes are brought before the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
